I first got into the fitness world through my love of boxing, it was the best kind of Cardiovascular training
I needed to get fit. It was from boxing that I decided to become a person trainer and help others become
fitter, healthier and confident in the bodies they were in. But training is only half the battle, nutrition is key to keeping a healthy body and maintaining those results you get from training.

I have been personal training for the last 16 years and I still love it as much now as I did when I first started. My sporting background is rooted in athletics, specifically the 100m & 200m distances where I competed on an amateur level and attained a wealth of skill and fortitude along the way, which carries over into my PT career perfectly.

Health and fitness are two things I am fiercely passionate and vocal about and believe me when I say: I practice what I preach! I have had the pleasure of working with and learning from a multitude of clients ranging from those who were running a marathon, to those who were recovering from serious injuries to those who just wanted to get fit and lose weight. Hi there. I am Jack Speed, and I am a Transformation coach with over 7 years of experience.
