Fitness was never always apart of my life and was never something I would enjoy doing. But once I became a mum of 3, I found I needed to live a healthier and ﬁtter lifestyle.
I ﬁrst got into the ﬁtness world through my love of boxing, it was the best kind of Cardiovascular training
I needed to get ﬁt. It was from boxing that I decided to become a person trainer and help others become
ﬁtter, healthier and conﬁdent in the bodies they were in. But training is only half the battle, nutrition is key to keeping a healthy body and maintaining those results you get from training.
