I’ve played sport all my life; boxing, rugby and I used to run track (100 & 200m) to name a few. My real fitness journey started with an injury playing rugby for which I gained an excessive amount of weight.

The experience fuelled my passion for nutrition. I came back to training & was too skinny to play rugby. I started hitting the gym & studying nutrition meticulously. Naturally I grew & went off to university to study human bioscience, and switched to human nutrition
Bsc, for which I obtained a first-class honours.
I have boxed for years and also practiced martial arts but I specialise in boxing, focusing on the fundamentals, footwork & biomechanics. I currently have some white collar fighters (some with aspirations of going pro) in my team. I spend my free time road running & chopping wood (old fashioned training) inspired by the greats.
